Debbie Adams – Hospital Administrator/Co-owner of Creekside Animal Hospital

She is married to Sam. They have 3 son, Sam Jr., Chantz & Zach. They have 3 grandchildren: Chantz Jr., Lane and Kinsey Grace. They have a dog named Ace. Debbie was born and raised in Franklin, TN. Before opening Creekside,
Debbie worked as a Medical Technologist in many laboratories through the years. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Medical Technology then graduated from Mississippi State University with a Master of Business Administration.

What is the most fun you ever had outside of work?
Relaxing in Hawaii

What do you love to do outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with family

What do you like most about your job at CAH?
I really enjoy the people I work with, they truly make Creekside a great atmosphere for employees and clients

What do you like least about your job at CAH?
Difficult situations with employees and clients

What is the strangest thing you have ever done for work?
When I first started working in the research lab at MSU-CVM, we went to an emu farm (late August in south Mississippi-can you say HOT?) where it was my job to dance for the emus to make them poop then pick up the poo and label it for further testing. Gotta make a livin!

Describe an interesting tidbit about you?
I was responsible for most of the background work to bring Creekside Animal Hospital into existence, from finding the land, securing financing, to overseeing the building— the end result, what you see today.
